Services Manager
Des is a pragmatist who thrives in an always changing environment. He enjoys problem solving and driving change within as needed - often guided by participants. With 7 children, he has a unique perspective to help participants achieve their goals with compassion and dignity.
Des enjoys weekends exploring with Jodie and travel. He believes Apple to be the superior brand and you can't convince him otherwise.
Melissa Koperu
Intake & Operations Manager
Mel’s experience raising her children has given her a strong understanding of the complex and changing needs of NDIS participants. She believes every person deserves support that is kind, respectful and individualised, with a focus on building trust and connection.
Mel spends her weekends exploring, bike riding and travel.
Jordan Done
Support Coordination Team Leader
Jordan is a dedicated support coordinator who brings kindness & positivity to every interaction. He has completed a Bachelor (Honours) Psychological Science & will be specialising in Clinical Neuropsychology & Clinical Psychology. He takes a solutions-focused approach to challenges, always striving to provide quality support creating positive outcomes for people he supports.Jordan is a dad joke enthusiast, an aspiring fitness influencer and enjoys tackling the gravel roads on his motorbike.
Kate Boynton
Support Coordinator
Kate worked as a support worker for over 7 years before moving into the role of support coordinator. She has a deep understanding of how to work with participants to make sure they feel heard and respected. She makes every step of the NDIS process feel easy to navigate and will endlessly work to make sure you feel supported.
Kate's energy is never ending spending time outside of work dancing, horse riding and perfecting her 'Best Aunty Ever' skills.

Steph has experience as a special needs teacher aide and youth justice worker, bringing a strong passion for advocacy and supporting individuals. She believes everyone deserves to feel heard, valued and empowered, with support built on respect, empathy and dignity.

Taylor is committed to helping people feel heard, supported and confident navigating the NDIS. As a nurse and mum of four, she values choice, control and meaningful lives, with an approach grounded in respect, collaboration and listening.
Taylor is an enthusiast singer and enjoys camping, travel & spending time with family.

Based in Townsville, Chloe helps participants navigate available services to find personalised, effective support that enhances their wellbeing. She is passionate about creating clear pathways and believes great outcomes start with listening, understanding and building genuine trust.

Team Leader - Victoria Services
Cody is based in Melbourne and has over six years’ experience in special education and disability support. He is passionate about empowering people through compassion, education and respectful support, creating an inclusive space where everyone feels heard, valued and capable.
Outside of work, Cody enjoys basketball refereeing and coaching, spending time with friends, and watching the NBL and Australian ice hockey.

Meryl is our Administration Manager and often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when contacting the team. With experience in administration, teacher aide work and complex needs education, she brings a calm and reassuring approach to her support work.

Registered Nurse
Shae is a nurse with over 20 years’ experience and a passion for making clinical knowledge practical and accessible. She helps support workers approach care with empathy, confidence and professionalism, while recognising that every person’s support should reflect their individual needs.
Outside of work, Shae is a mum of three who enjoys gardening and wondering how many chickens are too many!

Melana Koperu
Junior Administration
Melana has been working with Amaze Abilities in administration and at Acai Garden. She has personal experience with disability through her brother, which has helped shape her caring, empathetic and understanding nature. Melana enjoys helping others and supporting people when they need it most.Outside of work, Melana loves socialising, playing video games, and going for drives with the windows down. She is friendly, easy-going and enjoys bringing positive energy to the people around her.
