Team Leader and Support Coordinator
Emma is a senior practitioner in the NDIS community with significant experience in health and family services. Emma has a Cert III in Business Administration and Management alongside her Bachelor of Nursing
Support Coordinator
Rebecca brings six years of experience working with participants and the NDIS. She worked as a Senior Local Area Coordinator with Carers Queensland since 2018 giving her extensive knowledge of the NDIS, the participant’s journey through the NDIS, tips, and tricks to make that journey as smooth as possible. She holds a Cert III in Individual Support, a Cert IV in Training and Assessing and am a qualified First Aider and Mental Health First Aider. she also has lived experience of caring for a child with ADHD, extensive gastro conditions including a MACE stoma and major bilateral hip surgery at 16 years of age.
Support Coordinator
Jordan has joined Amaze Abilities as a Level 1 and 2 support coordinator he is currently studying Psychology and combines practical hands-on experience as a support worker with clinical knowledge to provide dedicated support and advocacy for mental health. Jordan believes strongly that humor and encouragement are key ingredients for fostering understanding and connection.

Chloe joins our Townsville team with a Diploma in Community Services and Business and has been dedicated to supporting individuals since graduating high school. With her experience as a support worker, Chloe deeply understands and effectively addresses client needs. In her role as a Support Coordinator, Chloe focuses on helping clients navigate various services, ensuring they receive personalised, effective solutions that enhance their overall well-being. Chloe’s combination of hands-on support experience and business knowledge allows her to deliver efficient and compassionate service.
